No more failed attempts!!

Ok, so i haven't posted in a while...I'm going to start up again since I have been really bad. I am back on the band wagon starting tomorrow!
 
wow this journal is sad...I kind of want to start a new one! But I am not that far off the wagon!

Today is the official start of my new diet before I go back to where I was!

Breakfast:
1 egg
1 slice whole wheat toast
1 activia
1 coffee with skim milk

And I'm going to the gym for 2 hours today!

My new plan since I have gotten so busy is to make time to go the gym Mon., Thurs, Fri, and Sunday at the minimum!!
 
Hi, I don't think you should think that your journal is sad. Keep it up! I need the motivation as well - I recently had to restart a new journal, almost quit again and I've only been to the gym twice this week.

Think of it this way - you keep coming back, which means you want to continue making a change. :)

Yogurt with strawberries, blueberries, granola
1 small bag Chips

100 calorie pack
crystal light

1 slice cheese pizza
ceasar salad
frozen yogurt with snickers (bad news dinner!)

Thurs (woke up late)

Breakfast/lunch
Frosted mini wheats

Snack
Chips (clearly this needs to stop)

Dinner
Salad from angora (artichokes, olives, green pepper, fresh moz., sundried tomato)

Frozen yogurt with toblerone and raspberry (clearly this needs to stop as well)

2 sugar free popscicle

Friday

Breakfast
2 pieces toast with butter
yogurt
 
Ok so I have just been gaining and gaining and it is getting baddd. I was so motivated at the beginning of this and lost a bunch of weight really fast. Then I got sick and it all went to shit. I keep saying I'm going to start this for real and then I don't. I need to do this before I gain all the weight back!

Here is my plan: GW: 130-135 Currently I think I am 160-165...need to weigh myself. I want to lose 2 lbs a week...so that is about 3.75 months, so hopefully by my birthday :) August 10th.

My goal for now is to lose 10 lbs by May 17th...my graduation! It's going to be hard with all the parties and what not but I have to try!

I'm going to try to write down everything I eat and go to the gym Monday, Thursday, Friday, (Sat.) and Sunday.

Ok so that is plan...go me!
 
I agree with you..I am brestfeeding as well.. i really find it hard to resist junk food. i can't last a day without it...alos, i still eat after dinner. everytime i feed my baby, i really get weak and i have no choice but to eat..
