My first week recap.

3/29 = 3pts for running
3/30 = 2pts for running 2pts for no junk food
3/31 = 2pts for running 2pts for no junk food
4/1 = 4pts for running and hiking for work 2pts for no junk food
4/2 = 4pts for hiking for work
4/3 = 4pts for running and hiking for work 2pts for no junk food
4/4 = No points. Chocalate covered cranberries and a big grab doritos salsa verde and no exercise

Total Points = 27

I did as well as I could except for yesterday. No junk today and I will run tonight.

My big week one accomplishment is that I got into 3 pair of size 36s and retired all my size 40 pants and 3xl shirts so 36-38 pants for me and 2xl shirts.

Wow Q!! Amazing progress this week for you. Now I feel pretty crappy. Failing on my own challenge! You're smokin' me! ;)
 
Ok guys, I'm pulling the plug on this challenge. You can obviously feel free to finish it if you wish.

I'm failing at my challenge big time and decided that I'm gonna go on a bit of a hiatus. My mindset's just not here right now and I need to figure out how to fix it. I'm sure I'll be back at some point. Hopefully when I'm back on track and feeling strong enough to do this. I just don't have it right now. I need to work on me.

Aww Boo! That's too bad. I haven't been posting regular, but this challenge helped me to make some serious changes. I appreciate you doing this. I'm sorry it hasn't worked out well for you. I feel like you made real progress week 1. Just keep up the struggle and you'll get there.
 
I see food differently, because I eat the things I like, in moderation. However, I tend to over do it on fast food, so if we can sort of tweak our own goals for each day and get points, then I'm totally in. For me, it would be going a day without eating out (aka McDonalds) or, going above 1800 calories. If I stay within my budget I'm happy and will lose weight.

I also am trying to get active again, so I like the exercise aspect.

I'm a week late, but it sounds like just what I need!

Oh shoot >.> well, that's too bad. I'm sorry to hear that it's been tough Mandy :(. Just hang in there. I may keep doing this challenge anyway, because I think it'll help in the long run.
