Well my thing is I want to bulk.At the moment I'm doing bent over rows,bench presses,squats,curls and military presses.I'm eatin a lot of rice(I switched over from potatoes as theyre easier to cook) and take a protein shake after working out and multivitamins in the morning. THe problem is I don;t seem to be gaining any mass after about a month of working out.I read that you can't gain muscle and lose weight at the same time so I think that might be it. Im only 135 pounds so my fat cant be that bad.It is mostly in my stomach but I still have decent abs.I was wondering if this is the case:that my body is still losing fat thought I don't know if this is possible as I've always been skinny.Just put this here in case someone could help as it's reallyu ticking me off.
