I'm a newbie here

. My name is Ash and I am on a mission to lose 17lbs. by April 25, 2010.
My Stats:
Current Weight: 135lbs.
Height: 5’3”
Goal Weight: 118lbs.
I plan to update this diary frequently with positive posts and hope to receive motivation and constructive criticism from other forum members such as you

! Oh, did I mention that if I make my goal I will be rewarding myself with a trip to
Vegas?? Not to shabby for motivation, eh?
My main area of focus is my belly. I hold all of my weight in my abdomen and have always found it difficult to lose weight in that area. If anyone has any suggestions for abdominal exercises or diet tips to help “whittle my middle” I would greatly appreciate it!
