Hey everybody,
Lately, I've been having a problem with my energy levels. I'm always run down and tired. I've pinpointed a few possibilities which may be causing this.
-Sleep
-Diet
-In need of new training program
-Work
Now, I try to get 9 hours of sleep a night and eat a slight surplus of 350 calories to add muscle. I've only had my new training program for a month and it has me lifting 3x per week and doing at least once 30 min cardio session per week.
My job isn't particularly demanding (I am an apprenticing electrician) but it has me on my feet most of the day and walking quite a bit. Essentially, I do anything that my boss doesn't want to do
. Crawling in attics, carrying wire, climbing ladders and pulling cable etc.
I'm not to sure what's causing this fatigue. I used to bound out of bed and look forward to my lifting or cardio session that night. Yesterday, I finished half of my workout and left the gym because I was so tired.
Does anybody have any ideas which has been causing this? I can't figure it out!
Thanks very much!
