No Definition.

Wow, i cant beleive the difference changing my diet has had!!! I feel fitter and stronger than ever allready, i look and feel great, and have never felt healthier.

Im eating regularly, im eating good wholesome foods, drinking plenty of water, and exerciseing lots.

My sisters electronic scale with bodyfat percentage reader gave me a smile today. 5 weeks ago it read 16% bodyfat. Today it read 11.7%!!! Very happy with that, and i feel im just going to get it lower and lower if i keep eating and exerciseing correctley.

Well ive now put on 2 KG (4.4Pounds) in the last 3 weeks. Im working out everyday doing a different part of my body. Still just at home with my dumbells, dont have access to a gym.

My calorie intake is up around the 1600-1800 mark now. Im haveing 1.5-2.0 litres of water a day, have cut out sugar, and now have a Whey protein shake after my daily workout.

My waist size hasnt increased with my weight, which im taking as a good sign.

Feeling fit and strong, and good about myself for the first time in a while.

Anyway, just keeping you guys updated...
