That is interesting, and it seems LaMa has had a similar experience. Wish I could say the same, from time to time I have taken small bites of things I stopped eating, they still taste too good to me. To be honest though I don't really have any specific binge trigger foods, or maybe I should say everything can be a trigger food for me. No matter what I eat there is still that little voice deep down inside that wants me to keep eating.I did have a spoon of ice cream that my daughter had I found it sickly sweet.
No binge here today and the urges were not bad. Guess I almost never have a day without some feeling that I should eat more, but those feelings are, on average, getting less.
Let's not binge tomorrow.

So good. With pickles and a green salad on the side because veg. Ample portions of everything with half a pomegranate for dessert and... I´m hungry again. It´s past 8 pm so I don´t want to eat anymore but I could really do with another 300 kcal or so. I´m really starting to see why I´ve been binging on the weekends: apparently I´m not getting my calories in during the week when I eat proper meals. Even though I feel like I´m eating a lot. So...
