what do you guys think about this?
im trying to gain a few pounds of muscle by september without getting fat..
i was thinking instead of taking the 4 scoops i would take 2 scoops 2 times a day because of all the protein i will be wasting with 4 scoops..

Honestly, I think your money would be better spent on food-oatmeal, nuts, sesame seed sticks, cottage cheese, eggs, fruits, and vegetables.

Other than post-workout, I try to avoid the simple sugars.
 
N-large is a pretty good weight gainer, but it will only help you if you're working out pretty hard - otherwise it will get stored as fat. I'd look into Cytogainer, though, much cleaner source of calories.
