Nipple tingle while squating.

Today, I had an odd experience. I did my usual bench, deadlift, lat pull - repeat - repeat and then went into squats. And on my last set - my nipples were tingling... it felt kinda good, anyone else experience this?

seriously...i have no idea, but are you going through puberty? Cuz even boys have development in their nipples during puberty.

Yes
They're always erect!

That was pretty funny mike!

No, i'm affraid I completed puberty some time ago... awww the good ol days!

This was definitely directly related to the workout somehow.

never happened. however, mccarley, do you look in a mirror when u squat? if so, have u ever seen little ripples go through the veins in your shoulders? thats crazy to see! good luck on the nipple tingling, hope is nothing serious!

well i did kinda think of something, i know that if your toes tingle during exercise or stretch it is because the circulation is bad. so possibly there is bad circulation

as for squatting, i find that if stay away from the mirrors and stay focused on one certain spot on the wall for the entire squat, my back is almost in perfect posture the entire squat. just a cool tip!

i always thought looking up helped, or just lookin at yourself in the mirror. but lately, my squatting technique has improved so much, it never feels like i work out my lower back. and my squat strength has gone up, thanks for the low reps method. i squated 255! Hopefully by the end up the summer I can hit 300. But I wanna make sure I can do 235-255 in my sleep before i try something so hard as 300.

High school - I squated 1RM - 300lbs!!! Now though? Not a chance... it's gonna take me forever to get back to that kinda leg strength.

yea man low reps are the way to go!!

i'm working my squats like crazy but my back is feeling it a bit, gotta work on my form i guess and my abs

gotta get the core strong as hell. i really need to get my d-lift strength up. i can do about 200-225, but i heard the "average" weightlifter can do 200% their body weight.

Hey I remembered seeing this old thread while researching something and saw a mention, try this link here, it's at the end of question 2
