Nikki's Weight loss Diary!

Thanks Healthyjess for the support for both me and my boyfriend that really means alot! I cant wait until hes back! I refuse to send him anymore pics until he gets home lol but he said he'll love me either way!

Today was a good day I worked out for 2 hrs and 15 minutes a total of 7.8 miles! My legs are kinda sore but it felt really good! Also I ate healthy but def didnt eat enough, all I had was a BBQ Pork sandwich and a corn dog but Im not even really hungry, I dont know why but Im just not!
 
Wow so Ive been MIA again.... it was a total accident I promise! Ive actually missed going on here and writting! I knew that I would have a hard time keeping a diary but I didnt know it would be this hard!

So Ive been doing really good and sticking to working out 6 days a week and eating healthy and still counting calories!

I lost another 3 lbs so Im down to 64lbs to go in 155 days! I feel good about it! If I loose 3 lbs a week every week between now and then I will reach my goal and that makes me feel really good!

I hope that you guys havent forgotten about me! Sorry Ive been MIA!
 
I just read your thread. Good luck. I saw that you sometimes are too tired to exercise in the evening, I can totally relate to that. Have you thought of morning exercise? It was really hard for me but now I like it (on most days)

Brawney77 as far as working out in the morning goes I get up at 6 AM for work already and Im not really a morning person lol I work 7:30AM to 6:30PM and I think if I got up in the morning to work out it would probably make my days even longer! I have thought about trying it and even set my alarm early to do so but everytime it goes off Im like oh I can sleep another hour lol
 
I here ya and it may not work for you but I get up at 5 to ride my bike (after I drink coffe for 30 minutes) I never ever want to roll out but when I do it like launches me into my day. I feel so much better and non sluggish. But dont think Im preachin at ya girl. That getting out of a warm bed on a cold morning sucks.
 
Lol ya I hear what youre saying alot of people say working out in the morning makes their days better cuz your all amped up in the morning I might try it Thursday when I go back to work and let you know how it goes for me! I gave up Coffee so Im uber jealous that you said that but.... Ill still give it a try without the coffee! Thanks for the incouragement I def dont see it as preaching! Every little bit of positive advice helps!
 
Wow so I have been totally MIA for FAR TOOOOO LONG!!! I def fell off the wagon and never got back on! Back in January I was down 42 lbs and Ive gained about 12 of that back! I want to loose the weight I really do and I think about it everyday and I say ok Im going to work out or ok Ill start tomorrow but I never do it! I seriously think about working out and eating healthy several times a day but I totally lost my motivation somewhere! I need my motivation back! Im depressed just thinking about it!!!!
