I'm tired of excuses, I'm tired of everything is against my mission: To be on shape, to be healthy.
I'm gonna make it real this time.
It's a commitment to myself, to my little boy (he's 2 y/o and I don't want to be a tired & sick mommy), to all my family. It's enough!

with Brawny, setting targets in terms of timelines and goals has been a big help keeping me focused. I've tried a couple times before without setting anything specific and I found it became pretty easy to skip a day or make some slightly less horrible meal decisions that were still really bad. Having something to work towards this time has given me some additional focus and a has provided me with something to measure my progress towards.
