Hi!
I have been tracking all my food for the day using Fit Day and maintaining a low level of calories and carbs, doing all I feel I'm supposed to during the day, but when it gets to about 9 or 10 at night I get really hungry- so when people in the dorms want to order a pizza or make chips and dip I eat with them, basically killing everything I had done during that day. I know eating a larger meal for breakfast or lunch will help make dinner a small meal, but does anyone have any tips for keeping night-time cravings down or techniques to develop some will power against snacking at night?
Thanks!
