I finally decided to DO SOMETHING! I used to weigh 125-130lbs and after 2 kids I am pushing around 170. I was 180 a few weeks ago. But I have completely cut out all soda (which is something Ive never been able to do) NO junk food. Lots of cardio and AB exercises. It seems to be working cause Ive already dropped 10lbs in 2 weeks. Ive been drinking A LOT of water, and I never eat past 6. Two 30 min cardio sessions on my bike a day. So here we go. I want to get back down to about 130-135. I would like to accomplish this by Christmas.
The Shirt that I am wearing in my before pics is a symbol to me, because this was one of my favorite shirts when I was 126lbs. My goal is to be able to wear this again. So in all my before, after, and in-between pic will be taken with this shirt on.
