THANKSS! :party: yeah i took the picture the other day after I had hair extensions put in! :) it was my treat to myeslf for getting into the 150s! :) but yeahh thanks, im digging the longer hair. it's a nice change from the short bob i had going on. ;]

did you do anything fun yseterday? :)

oLux, honestly we don't make too big of a deal out of Valentines. We celebrate valentines year round! We had a nice "valentines" dinner the night before though, but he had to work on Saturday so didn't get to see him until he came home, around 11pm or so.
 
Hello one hundreds :)

Weighed myself this morning and am in at 199 point something-something (don't have a digital scale yet, just ordered one Friday so it's on it's way). I don't ever wanna see the number two again.

Thank you God for helping me through this weight loss journey.

Just popin in to say howdy to my fellow Texan. Getting any hints of spring down in Houstin? Up here on the Oklahoma border its still pretty cold in the morning. I had a big fire in the fireplace this morning...I sat there and had a big cupa joe! Glad to see you still concentrating on your plan. Bet you are seeing a few results!

wooooohooo!!!! omgosh girl^^ we did it... our monday goal of being under 200 pounds has happened!!! im sooo proud of us!!! keep on keepin' on girl^^ its sooo easy to lose weight... omgosh i seriously had no idea!!!
 
Thanks for the encouragement guys! I want to tell everyone I know that I'm out of the two hundreds, but I don't wanna give everyone my weight! :/

I'll probably be more comfortable sharing my weight when I'm in the 170's.

Hey guys, sorry for missing in action. A very close friend of mine just passed away and I've been very depressed lately. It was sudden. Completely unexpected, and it's just been a miserable past two weeks. I haven't wanted to do anything. I even had to take acouple days off of work. I'm a very emotional person, so for someone so close to me to suddenly not be here any more is really tough.

I'm doing my best to understand and accept what happened, but it's hard. I've been to funerals before, but never of a person who I was close to. I haven't wanted to do anything. Work, eat, smile, nothing. I'm definitely feeling better this week than I have these past two weeks, but I still miss her and think about her every day.

I suppose the only "good" news as of lately is that I've lost ten pounds in a little over two weeks. Very unhealthy, I know, but I haven't had an appetite and I've been working out like an insane woman - it's the only thing that's been able to take my mind off of all of this.

Today I decided that I will my appetite back to 1400 calories and am taking my first break from the gym today in about 14 or 15 days. Gonna continue tomorrow with the usual one hour, five, maybe six times a week work out.

Will do my best to start posting daily again as well, as that really helped me stay focused.

I applaud your focus on exercise when life was slapping you around. Funny how the thing we used to dread doing becomes a place of solace for us when dealing with tough times. Doing something physical yet productive is such a healthy thing.
