Thats the way, get right back into those good habits you have been trying to form. I had a little issue with mexican food this week myself but I worked on through it.
You gettin close to bustin the 200?

Brawny. My goal is to be between 199 and 200 by next Monday, one week one day from today. Had a very slow weight loss week, but like I said I am just very grateful that I didn't gain weight.

Thanks Lux. You're awfully amazing too. ;) I am not quitting. I had my doubts last week especially cause I wasn't calorie tracking or working out, but I was on top of the world when I WAS counting calories and hitting up the gym. It was too great of a feeling to just let go. I'm going to go forth with this.

You can do it girl Shoot into this week like a healthy bullet. Dont let anything get between you and your health. When you bust that 200 I will do a happy dance right here on your thread Just like I did on Ivettes. Better put away any breakables in here cause when I happy dance...Things can get busted up.(ha ha)
 
Hey Nicole... At least you jumped on the scale and had a loss...Any type of loss is motivation in itself..:party: I'm so happy to hear that... You know the slow part annoys the living shit out of me but the way I look at it is that as long as we keep on losing weekly we are really doing this.. :sifone: You are doing amazing... So where did you move?? Are you excited.. Anyways glad to see that your feeling better and that everything is working out little by little.. inch by inch.. Snack: Weight Watchers Icecream sandwich (140), Veggie Chips and bean dip (200)

Dinner: Meatloaf and mashed potatos (260)

Snack: Beef Jerkey (100)

Exercise: None :/


Consumed 1200 calories.

Oh gawd, 199 would be freakin sweeeeeeet! Let's reach for 199 on Monday Angelica!! We can do it!

Lunch: Small apple (55), Yogurt (100), Strawberry cereal bar (100)

Dinner: Nine inch Oven Roasted Chicken Subway (465) w/light mayo and mustard (100) Veggie Chips and Dip (200)

Snack: Weight Watchers Ice Cream (140), Beef Jerkey (260)

Exercise:

Consumed 1600 calories.

Oh and Ivette I just transfered to a smaller apartment, so it was stressful but not as stressful as it woulda been if I was actually moving off the property! It sucks though cause I have a half ton of shoes and now I only have one closet and they don't all fit. :/
 
Maybe when you get rid of all your fat clothes you will have more room for your shoes. I did have a friend that lost a bunch of weight and he dropped 1 whole shoe size...Does that happen? HMMM one of lifes great mysteries...Lets find out ourselves!

OOPS. ANYWAY! i jus twanted to say that im glad youre finally settled in and back to your routine!! also haah I KNOW WHAT U MEAN ABOUT THE SHOE ISSUES! moving away to college-- the closets are much much MUCH smaller. what ive done is i buy the hanging shoe rack.. so i hang it in my closet. it will hold 12 shoes/ 6 pairs of shoes but if u have a lot of sandals, you can double strack it! and thenn ibought a normal shoe rack to stick under my bed and on the bottom of my closet. so if u do that, u can probably hold about 25 pairs of shoes. it works for mee!! :) haha i know how frsutrating it can be if u dont have all your accessories wiht you!! :)


anyway! i hope your week is going well!! keep up the great work! <3 lux

Thanks Ange! Happy valentines to you too! Havent' been able to post much, but I am slowly and surely getting my apartment together. It almost looks like a home and not a jungle now! Been so busy unpacking but have been sticking with my diet and exercise.

Should be back to normal schedule by next week.
