today i started the day off with steak and eggs. a good breakfast, then i went to the gym. Didn't do squats or any back exersices today. Yestarday i strained my back during an exersice. I'ts a little sore but not a big deal, just didn't want to make it worse. Tomorrow i will workout again lightly and i should be 100% by monday. Had a big breakfast so might just have some fruit for lunch and then an average size dinner. Not sure if i should eat before or after work. I work 4-9 so it's kinda a back time. Weighed in at 216 yestarday morning and today after a large dinner last night and a big breakfast today i was at 221. Thats pretty typical though. Can't wait till tomorrow so i can blast my chest and tri's. Talk to you then.
