Nick's Weight loss journal, 230-200 by April 1st!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

hello all. I', still right around 220. Haven't weighed my self in the morning in a couple days, I've been weighing myself at night which is always about 5 lbs heavier. And it was a little over 224 today. Eating wise i've been eating ok but i don't think i've been eating healthy enough or in right amounts for me to lose weight. I need to start eating healthier and cut out some carbs and start eating more fruits and veggies like i said i was gonna do! But i haven't been gorging and i've only been eating 2 meals a day. I did cut out my protein and creatine shakes which is about 600 calories per day. I will start eating the way i said i was gonna and post again on monday after my workout. bye till then.

PS Have an extra serving of LOBSTER & STEAK for me. Haha . Actually, don't do that. ;)
 
haha, one serving of lobster and steak is gonna be all i can handle. Well it seems the be the same thing happening again. I eat great all day then when i get home i eat like crap. After cooking all day at work the last thing i wanna do is make food and i can't continue to eat sandwiches for every meal. Haha. so last night i ordered dominos, that was a bad idea. I just need to find something that i don't have to spend time cooking but will be appetizing to me and fill me up. Besides a sandwich. ALthough my sandwiches are good and really healthy. Light wheat which has 40 cal/slice, meat, sprouts, cucumbers and either romaine or spinach, and mustard. It would be alot better tasting with mayo but i've managed to cut that out.

In the end it's kinda pointless because i'll eat a pizza the next day. haha.

I think maybe on my days off i will cook a couple meal that will get me through a couple days. i Could even freeze some stuff.

Can't wait till monday so i can workout again, it is my b-day but i have to work : ( SO i'll start the day off right with a good workout and a healthy lunch. not expecting much progress in weight loss this week but i just wanna get back on track eating good again. I have no problems losing a couple lbs a week when i eat good. It's the hardest part.
 
today was a good day. Worked from 9-3. during that time i ate and orange and 2 sausage links. after work i went to red lobster. go the new york strip with broccoli and a ceasar salad. only ate one butter biscut. haha, should be well under my daily goal of 2800 calories. Hopefully i can have a small snack tonight and thats it. Tomorrow is my birthday, gonna hit the gym hard in the morning and the go to work. Nothin too special. i'm gonna try not weighting myself every time i go to the gym but it seems the be really hard for me. But i'l give it a shot and try to only wiegh myself on monday mornings. I'll skip this monday. talk to you soon.l
 
well i have been getting in some good workouts like always but i haven't been eating the greatest. Nothing that bad, still not using oil and butter. Been eating alot of sandwiches because they are quick and easy when i don't want to cook after work. I did eat pretty bad on my b-day though, i had to have a couple pieces of cake. But that past few days i have been eating OK. Nothing to where i am going to lose weight but enough to maintain my wieght right now. I'd like to kick it into gear soon here so i can drop down to 210 by may. I"m running outa time but i still think i'm gonna get there by may.
 
Well GREAT NEWS!!!! Finally broke down and weighed myself today and to my suprise the scale read 218!!!!!! Real happy about that. I didn't think i was doing that good but i guess i was doing better than i thought. Been seeing a new girl so maybe that will give me even more motivation to lose. Although i am doing it for myself. I just hope my weight doesn't jump back up to 222 like it did last time i was under 220. but we will see. Goodbye till then.

haha, i won't. No woman could pull me away from working out. I"m still working hard! About to go right now. worked this morning and just got home. should have never sat down but i'm goin, haha.
 
Had a good workoug this morning. A little busier now with a woman in my life but still making time for the gym 4 days a week. I have however been slacking on the cardio. I"ve not had a lot of energy lately and seem to be tired during my workouts. Probably because i haven't been getting enough sleep. Need to fix that. I have however been eating pretty good. Down to 218 right now and been there for about a week now. Could be eating better at times but i have been getting cravings at times so i have cheated a little but usually make up for it. lol. Well it seems it has been a while since i was on here. I guess that means i have lost motivation a little. Haven't missed a day of working out until today. Actually i missed yestarday but i was gonna make up for it today but couldn't get out of bed until noon and i have to work soon. My sleep schedule is pretty messed up right now, i ususally work and then feel like working out after wards but my gym closes at 10. I am going to look into a new gym, something cheap just so i can go at night if i don't wake up early enough. Thinking about snap fitness, i've heard it's cheap and open 24-7. I only pay 9 bucks a month at ballys so another gym is very do-able. as far as eating goes i have still been cooking healthy but have had alot of cravings for sweets with is very unusual for me. Since i have started this relationship with a girl i have started to eat sweets. I dunno whats up with that but i need to get back on track and lose this weight. less than 3 months till the wedding. I also haven't weighed myself in about 5 days. kinda scared to see where i'm at. But My goal for next monday is to be back down to 218 where i was a week ago. talk to you then.
 
so i did end up weighing myself last week and to my suprise i was down to 216. don't ask me how but i was. Had a good workout last night and wieghed in at 221 which is good because it was at 6pm. which means i'm still well under 220 in the morning. Today i start eating healthy again. My GF has been a bad influence as far as eating right. hahah. but i went shopping last night and i only bought healthy food so there will be no more temptations.
 
well i ate really good today. had a sandwich for lunch, then i ate sushi around 4pm and had spaghetti for dinner at 7:30. all together it was a good healthy day. I did workout this morning and after weighing myself i was at 224. WOW was i pissed. I"m all over the place with my wieght. first i was down to 216 then 221 at night and now 224 in the morning. I don't understand any of it. All i can say is that i'm ****in' Pi**ed. 230 to 200 and only 2.5 months to go. Just radiculous. As you can tell i'm not happy about the whole thing. But when i wieght myself on tuesday it was after a huge lunch. I dunno, my weight changes so spuraticly. I just need to get back on track like i've been saying for the past week. Cardio needs to be done 5 days a week now. I haven 't done cardio really in a couple weeks. But i know eating healthier is going to give me energy and everything will turn around. I am also going to try and write down everyting i eat on my post every day. This site really helps and it's clear that i haven't been using it like i should. Next week i am going to start a 5 day spit workout routine, Hitting chest, triceps and shoulders 3 times per week and legs, back and biceps 2 times per week, ANd just to start,,,,,,,,,,,20 minuties of cardio per workout, at least. Wish me luck, I will post daily from here on out..
 
so..... yestarday i ate pretty good, starting to get back on track. In the morning i had some spaghetti before the gym. only about 400 calories worth, Very lean meat in the spaghetti, chicken and venison. hit the gym around 11am, worked legs, back and biceps. after wards i did 15 minutes of eliptical work. Not quite 20 minutes but getting there. Today i woke up at 11 and make pancakes, wheat pancakes with bananas and sugar free surup. Gonna hit the gym around 2:30 then i am going to make dumplings tonight for dinner, should be well under my goal of 2800 calories. I plan on doing a little chest work and tricep work today, along with some deltoid lifts. then 20 minutes of cardio this time, I will try and post later tonight if i have time.
 
yestarday i had a great day at the gym, did all my workouts and 20 minutes of eliptical, i really wasn't into the cardio and got bored after about ten minutes but i hung in there and got 20 min done. Ended up eating a little more than planned but still under my 2800 calories. Today i worked in the morning and didn't eat until i got home at 3pm. had left over dumplings and egg roles, not the healthiest meal, around 7:30 i had a sandwich and 2 pickles. Still right around my 2800 mark, probably a little less but more fat than i usually take in. I do work at 9am tomorrow, I may wake up early and go to the gym, otherwise i will go after work, I am going to start taking my protein powder and creatine so i will really have to watch my caloires now, all together its about 600 calories just in creatine and protien on workout days. Be back tomorrow.
 
today started off great! started work at 9am. Ate a banana and an apple for breakfast with my vitamins, etc. Had an orange for lunch. A great start to the day. Unfortunately it went down hill, but i still think i managed to stay within my calorie goal for the day. After work i went to my dads and stopped at the gas station and got 2 tornadoes' ,,,,HAHAHA. they gotta be unhealthy. But i was starving by then. Got home and make some tacos with ground turkey, ended up really good, no sour cream, no cheese, just lettuce, taco sauce, tomatoes, red onion and cilantro. All together not a bad day until i ate 3 slices of pizza at around 9pm. But i did make it to the gym at about 6pm and had a great workout, Unfortunately no cardio but i did burn alot of calories today as i was serving at my restarant. a bussy day tomorrow, not much time to eat whcih usualyy ends up in eating poorly but i will try and plan ahead so i can eat right.
 
I'm doing alright. haha. today was a weird day. Should have eaten more. had a banana for breakfast. after my workout at 11 i had my protien shake. I didn't eat after than until i got home from work at 9pm. I had pasta with marinara sauce and venison meatballs. some beef jerky and a little carmel popcorn. haha, weird. Could have skipped the popcorn. I haven't figured out the calories in all of what i ate today but i am sure it is well under 2800. Probably around 2000 at very most. I am exited to wake up and go to the gym tomorrow. It's my day off and i'm gonna start it off right with a great workout. Chest, tri's, shoulders and calves. talk to you all later. night.
