well i didn't work out for a week. went to mille lacs lake early this week and with christmass and everything i didn't get a chance to workout till this morning. I hit all my major muscles today now i have the weekend to recover, although i am going to the gym tomorrow night for some cardio. This morning i weighed myslelf in at 223 which isn't bad after eating bad all week. I REALLY need to get under 220. That would be a hugre hurdle for me. But i'm trying to do it slow so as i can gain muscle as well. In my last post i said 215 by my birthday, I dunno about that. Anything under 220 and i'll be happy, That should be obtainable. Myabe 4-5 lbs in 4 weeks. I've been eating tones of protein and eating 4-5 times a day, all small meals. SO i should see some results in a couple weeks. Lets say 220 by January 16th. wish me luck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
