Nick's Weight Loss Diary: 2013

I'm so happy! ^^ It's been a while since I checked, but in total i've lost 8 pounds so far :D I think I was losing about 2 pounds per week which is good, or at least is good from the perspective of those I've talked too. Gonna keep this up and I should soon be down to my ideal weight with effort. I was told that after the 1 st weighing, the total weight you lose decreases but 4 per weigh-in consistently seems a bit surprising to me o.o
 
So I haven't posted in a long time. I had a bad 2 weeks where I put on 2 pounds but I dropped them and now have lost 11 pounds in total. Still could sort out some more exercise but my mum is going in to hospital on Thursday so a lot of work for me. Calculating through the BMI calculators, I have dropped under the obesity bar and am now at the edge of overweight, so a little bit more work and I will be there ^^
 
Well done for losing 11 pounds and getting under the obesity bar... Overweight is so much nicer than obese.

I hope that your mother is ok.
 
Tuesday, 09/04/2013:

Seeing as Easter happened so recently, I expected to have gained weight when I weighed in. Astonishingly, I lost 4 pounds and have now lost over 1 stone. :) I'm keeping everything up and I have somehow beaten the Easter holiday chocolate. My mother is still off on sick leave but she has been frequently walking every day and i'm accompanying her on mile walks every so often. :)
 
Saturday, 26/10/13:

Been AGES since I've visited this. I've gone back to the gym recently and been moved from cardio workout to strength workout. Seated rows, chest presses, hip abductions, ab crunches and calf stretching exercises all in the space of 2 hours has absolutely killed me and I can feel it in my shoulders and pectoralis major. Restarted the foods because I REALLY fell behind with that and I have been recently bouncing between 2 pound distances from 11 pounds to 13 pounds, repeating. Off to Newcastle soon so that should be an interesting challenge to test my resolve. Currently with school activities included, I have Football on Tuesday and Friday, Swimming on Thursday and Sunday and Gym on Saturday and any other intervals where I can fit it in. Hopefully the swimming should ease up the muscles as now i'm using muscle to replace my fat and changed my goal from weight loss to visible muscle tone since I am better at strength workouts.
