I can't believe how long I've been gone from here, you've had a baby and I didn't even know it! That's just crazy! My sis is gonna have a baby in Feb so I'm so excited.

:hurray: FIRST OFF THANK YOU AND HAPPY NEW YEARS!! I hav ev stepped it up and decided not to wait any longer my weight stopped at 205 from 220's so I started eating healthy 2 days ago and so far so good I am actually excited to be hopping back on track,now I need to find the energy and willpower to start adding exersices in slowly since I havent done any in a lonnnngggggggg time. My soon to be sis N law's wedding is in APRIL sov I want to lose 50 by APRIL lol this should be chomp change compared to 2 years after my son HAYDEN when I needed to lose 105 lbs lol I hav e a 50 lb head start.
SO ANY CHALLENGES PEEPS LET ME KNOW TIME PLACE AND I WILL SIGN UP :)

well day 3 and still doing good actually down a few lbs but i will weigh in tomorrow then stick with FRIDAYS weigh in days since i sighned up for the january monthly challenge.Let the fun begin! I missed being here lots of great people! ,tammy

i slept thru breakfast but I went to RIO GRANDES and bought the chicken fajita meat and lettuce then went to the store and bought my own healthy wheat tortillia shells reduced fat cheese and sour cream then some real fruit popsicles and nannahs i going grocery grocery shopping tomorrow when i get paid so getting by oh and RIO GRANDES They have a lunch special for 6.99 and I swear they give ya enough chicken for lunch dinner for 4 days what a deal and taste great!
 
MMMM... chicken fajitas sound AWESOME. Its awesome that you are back on track! Keep up the great work. I can only imagine how hard it is with a new born, and your other 4 children! You are one tough woman Tammy!
 
Congratulations Tammy on the birth of your son Peyton and its great to see all the pictures of your family. I have been MIA but just reading your diary is helping me. We are the same weight now and I have a wedding to attend in April too that I am trying to lose weight for.

Congratulations again. Its a good thing (for me) you are so motivated.
 
That weight is going to come right off. You do so well!! I am inspired and looking forward to seeing how post-pregnancy weight loss goes as I will be in a similar situation in a few months:D Hope your having a great weekend!!!
 
Well so far so good!! I had the munchies last night like crazy and ate a lil too much aftwr hours but it was good foods not PIZZA lol that i was craving I made me a healthy turkey sand on lite wheat wit mustard then when i was still hungry an half hour later i made me a decent size bowl of honey bunches of oats with 2% milk and splenda so that beats ordering a pizza haha,I do need to figure out how to add and get my exersices in,I dont want to unfreeze my gym memerbership account untul february when i have a lil more money and my exersice bike is in the babsement cuz there is no room with all my baby stuff and my sisterlives with me and shares a room with my oldest son lol I have a 3 bedrrom home and I have 5 kids plus my sister lol so you see NO ROOM I wanted to walk today and it poured now its going to snow so I need a exersice routine of some sort.MY gym takes 2-3 weeks to unfreeze so I have to check into that more. My calories have been around 1,400-1500 ish except lastnight was more around 1800.
