:party: :grouphug: :party: That is all I am saying!!!!! I hopped on the scale and simply not pigging out and eating all day and night has REALLLY paid off LOT'S!!BUT guess what going to have to wait until the offiicial weigh in day which is "THURSDAY" to find out plus don't wanna jinx myself!
My aunt snapped a couple pics at the bowling alley and you can really see the problem areas and that makes me want to work even harder!!

Ok I didn't post any menues all weekend but I basically been snacking on the special K bars and more fruit I will post todays menue and thats basically what I had fri and sat as well but WARNING cals were low,wasn't hungry and on the go!

EXERSICE
Biked for 30 mins 8 miles (yeah kind of slow cuz I was painting my nails to lol)I did 20 pushups,20 squats holding the BIG exersice ball str8 out in front of me
20 core exersices side 2 side using 5 lb weight(thanks CERELLA) 50 scissors,50 crunches and strength training routines (thanks FALCO) 1 hour routine:party:

Glad you're having a good week, and eating well despite being tempted at social gatherings. :) Too bad you didn't win more at bingo. I dropped Granny off there today. We'll see how she did...lol.

I don't know how you can wait until Thursday to weigh yourself..lol. I couldn't weigh today and am just dying to find out if it's down at all. :biggrinjester:

Your bowling scores are eerily similar to what mine tend to be..lol.

Hi Tammy,
I think it's good for your metabolism to have a day at 1900 calories once in awhile when you normally eat under 1400. So don't worry about it--especially with the amount of exercise that you do. :)
 
Hey tammy.. wow you ate more then 1400 cals.. i'm with bikini on this one. i think its good for your metabolism to be tricked a bit every now and then. plus you kick ass with the amount of exercise you put in each day. keep up the great work your almost to your goal.

Ok back on track today but what a bad day for hubby!!We had a BADDDD ICE STORM and he had to be @ work at 6AM so he left around 5:15 am anyway he hit a slick spot in the road and slid over into the semi's lanne hitting the back of the semi then the truck behind him hit him in the back,spun around and got hit by a different semi,the miracle in this that EVERYONE was able to drive off uninjured(THANK GOD!!) but hubby was shakin up and he was only going 20-25 miles per hour because thats how bad it was and like I said the roads were very icey,the nice ass hole COP wrote him a ticxket for not be incontrol of his vehicle and he said he couldn't help it because the ice on the highways and cop said well you chose to drive in it and he was going to stay home BUT he was manager today and had to go...Everyone told him to take that to court because it will be thrown out!
