hOWDY EVERYONE,AND ty &huggs!! I managed to do a little exersiceing,not much but 20 mins bike(5.5 miles)10 min gazelle 50 crunches,20 squats
I also turned down '"AN OUT TO EAT OFFER"Grrrr hard to do and I was ready to go BUT I didn't.:cheers2:

Re your hubby's ticket, he may get stuck with it. My dad got one a year ago in a similar situation--well, no semis involved, but the roads were terrible and the guy in front of my dad (who wasn't too close) stopped suddenly, and my dad rear ended him trying to stop--he just went sliding. He didn't fight the ticket, however, so I hope it goes well for your H. :)

Hello wow what a freaking bad week!! Seems like you accomplish 1 thing then 10 things go wrong,1st me and hubby arguing over me having so0me relax time like a couple hours to myself,well he twists it around and says oh you don't want to spend time with me ,oh you don't love me blah blah blah,I am pms ing I walked away from the arguement and said here take the tv and pc I will just go to bed and I will be left alone then,next thing I hear a BANG well he through the remote through my pc flat screen breaking it,thank god my mom wanted a bigger flat so she gave me her lil flat that is childish and uncalled for,I feel like I can't do anything alone not even bathe grrrrr the stress,then lastnight my dog runs away and usually he is found 15 mins later but me and my girls drove from midnighjt-1:20 AM and no sighns my bro in law helped no luck hubby went out till 2:30 notta,went to bed crying woke up at 4AM looked outside there he was staring in my yard like is this my house,I was so happpppppppy to see him!!
Went to watsons bought the pool tpday $899 sale delux package has EVERYTHING even vaccum and chemicals lock ladder BIG pump/filter,now onto getting a electrion.
Out of the whole weekend I ate well except lastnight I had CHEDDERS to treat myself,chicken fettuchini and I was so stuffed I left like 7 bites I usually lick the bowl lmao and order fries and breadsticks.Well TY ALL for the "LOVIN" HUGGGGGS

Sorry I havn't been around lately. I've been seriously battling deppression, so thats why I've been MIA. I've been MIA from 90% of my life right now, lol..one of those, the light is on but no ones home kinda thing.

I'm sorry you've had a bad week! I hope things start looking up for you....but WTG on that weight loss girl!!! I couldn't be prouder!:D

:waving: Hello everyone,well when will the stress end lol.Went and got the pool and now sitting here stewing on PERMIT or no PERMIT lol because I found an electrioton to put an outlet in and all his work is up to code it's that he charges an extra $200-$300 for permit,fees inspection stuff,so my therory is have him put the electric in then go get the permit and say the outlet is pre exsisting then they basically just inspect where outlet is and how close to the pool ect someonme else is haveing an outlet put in and not getting the permit thing cuz of the fees are outrages,then I would have to get 1 permit for electric then 1 for the pool so "F" all that lol.
My diet is going so so just not working out as much as I would like but my cals are low enough to get away with the not working out the few days.
Anyway suppose to get snow tonight and bitter freaking cold after having 50's on Sunday which I diid do some raking,digging,moving heavy rocks,bagging leaves and garbage so thats gr8 exersice lol.

3 serv egg beaters -90 cals,3 slices candian bacon-45 cals,2 slices lite wheat toast-75 cals
LUNCH
1 turkey and ff cheese on a low cal low carb wrap w/ mustard-220 cals
SNACK
1 multi grain cereal bar-110 cals
1 pork chop-200 cals
Dinner
a huge bowl of mixed veggies cooked in chicken broth and 2 cans added of low sodium progresso chicken noodle -300 cals
SNACK
apple+peanutbutter -190 cals\

PS I FREAKING FIT INTO MY SIZE 12 OLD NAVY LOWRISE NO STRETCH JEANS JUST KIND OF TIGHT IN THE THIGHS BUT NOT AROUND WAIST,I HAVE A BAD THIGH PROBLEM MUST DO MORE SQUATS AND LUNGES LOL
