Ok here is the border and decor I have done,I can't really do anything with the UGLY paneling but I did CSRUB the cabnets,and walls with murphys soap.I should have my floor done in a month when I save some money for the concrete boards,I have the ceramic tiles already.
Next project,touching up the paint upsatirs in the spongebob bathroom(kids bathroom) hanging a towel rack,toilet paper holder,ceramic tile floor,fix leaky faucett,then my sons room should be easy ,needs new curatains and wall border"SPORTS THEMED" carpet cleaned and hang a few shelves for his football trophys,
 
The girls room is aweome Tammy!!! We ove Highschool Musical as ell...Weare actuall goingto see the play on Sunday night t s a surprize for my oldest, m aunt andm friend and I are takin Kaylea -Im o Excited!!! Your kitchen looks nice as well...you go energizer bunny you!!!

Wow--are you the engerizer bunny or what? :D Your daughters are certainly in the pink. :biggrinjester: Your kitchen looks cute, too. Your countertop is the same as mine..lol. Did you know you can paint panelling? There is a special paint for it. But now that you've got your border up, I doubt you wanna mess with that.

KIMERLY- No I freaking didn't know they have special paint for paneiling grrr I did however paint when i 1st moved in here the girls room they have paneling to and it took 2 gallons and a gazillion coats,I would love to paint it since there is a SPECIAL paint that sticks to panieling lol any color suggestions that will match my theme??

FALCO--Yeah I stuck to the plan you set up for me for a week then got busy with painting and figured that was a workout so for like 5 days besides biking for the cardio part I was usuing painting and other house work as strenght workout lol try paintong a ceiling and putting that BLUE tape up,my arms felt like spaghetti lol,anyway I did it yesterday and skipping today cuz you said 3 days a week with a 24 hour breaky,I even measured myself before I started the routine and after a month I am going to remeasure.TY for all your help you are a GR8 person.

OK My day has been pretty laid back I am taking a HOUSE break!I found that CAPPACHINO DRINK I SO LOVE!!!!!!35 CALS it's called FRENCH VANILLA CAFE a little squarish can omg add 3 pks of splenda and it taste like the real deal!
Then there are those RITZ BAKED SOUTH WESTERN RANCH if you put the REDUCED fat cream cheese on them they are to DIE FOR,my kids,cousin,sister aunt I made try and they off the bat what are these,they are good as hell lol.

Great to hear! Just keep at it, you will see a big difference. Especially if this is your first experience with weights. A lot of newbies see the benifit of adding some muscle while losing fat, which is ultimately what ya want. I am sure you wanna have some definition and not a toothpick figure ;)

What is the squarish can of cappuccino? Is that folgers instant?

Wishes-- Tell me about it! For some reason, a nice, clean, organized, sparse house turns me on, but actually making it that way turns me so off my room has cat hair and random junk piled up on the sides :(
 
LOL Wishes and Curvie! My living room is dog hair infested and my dog is a white boxer,he looks like he barley has that much fur to shed lol.
OK I weighed in @ 177 THANKS TO TOM!!!!!!!!!!I feel I should have been -2lbs this week instead of -1lb but I guess thats good considering the bloating yucky feeling.OK I am going to BINGO tonight to win money :hurray::hurray: I am feeling lucky despite "TOM" lol.
