(Sugar free root beer of coarse lol.)A couple of off days & THAT time coming on & my scale isn't moving much this week. I just have to have faith that the good habits will pay off in the end. I am upping my movements & striving for the 10,000 steps daily, got 9394 yesterday so almost there!

Hello everyone,
Well I did good again today,alltho I had alot of cravings dancing through my head Ocharlies 3 cheese chicken trio sandwhich,taco bell chicken quesdilla,potatoe soup and I didn't cave ,tomorrow is weigh in and friday will end that "DO NOT TOUCH bad foods challange"so maybe I can slip something in then lol of course moderation and working out still,hell I may even have a light beer or 2 lol.
DAY 2 of facial,I must say my skin feels smooooooth,not sure about the fine lines that may take a while.
I went for a 45 minute walk in the cold ,well it was 38-40 chilly.
