My advice to you is... Don't let the scale become your worst enemy. Your weight is only a number. You know that you can keep working to lower that number. YOU have the power over the scale! The scale CANNOT ruin your day (or you shouldn't let it!)

Ty Hilly and Brandy both so true,I was fine yesterday not hungry then all of the sudden I wated cheese,soup sweets and I felt I had no control and then my daughter had the stuff as well so once agin mommy sets bad example I did try and make 100 cal popcorn and she kept saying mom I am hungry still over and over until I went and made us food grrr!
Brandy the scale is evil and I have been noticing my jeans getting tighter and that top belly roll coming back along with the double chin ICK I hate looking and feeling this way so not only the scale that shows the truth my clothes and mirror does to I say throw them all the way ....well then I have to run around NAKED lmao not a sight I want to see.
Ok I am hoping hubby gets home soon it is 3pm and I really need to get to the store.:drool5::driving::auto:
 
You can change this. EASILY. I've noticed (just since yesterday when I wanted BL) that when I look at sweets I get nauseated and I think THEY are evil. Its really weird. Once I set my mind to it for the new years... I can't stand even seeing sweets. Chips are hard for me to give up. But I resisted them at Subway today, and didn't buy them at the store. Get rid of the sweets in your house. And if anyone wines about it... tell them TOO BAD. Its not good for anyone!!! (except for those who need it because they are diabetic and their sugars are too low) Dan tries to buy cookies and stuff at the store and I say "Fine... but I'm not going near them" and then he sort of feels bad and doesn't buy them. lol. Every time you want a sweet that you seem not to be able to resist... come on here and rant and rant until you get rid of the urge.
 
heya tammy~! I def know what u mean about night time cravings. I got off work at 11 the other night and i wanted taco bell soooooo bad. lol. I sat in the parking lot for a while debating on whether or not i would go, and i decided to come home. But when i got here, turns out trav had made tacos around 10, lol.

I love your new avatar by the way, yall are all so cute!! :) And the ranting idea is a good one. im sure u know all the tricks, like brushing ur teeth, or drinking water. but for me, water is he last thing i want once i start craving sweets. Also, i find that when i want sweets, if i drink some sunny d or orange juice, the craving normally goes away, i dont know if im weird or if its just the tang of it. lol

OK I am back and after $212 dollars later I am stocked up for a while!!I took my oldest and me and her LOADED the cart with grapes,canalope,potatoes (plain to bake),cherry tomates for her,watermelon,then we hit the LIte raisin bagles and Fat free cream cheese,egg beaters,Fat free chedder cheese,Fat free sour,weight watchers,dinners,deserts,lean cuisines,a big bag frozen chicken breast,bags and bags of Birds eye steam mixed veggie pks,fat free low cal frozen pop sycles,100 calories pks of brownies,snack cakes(geeesh these are tiny lol)boxes of sugar free jello,FF whip cream,10 calorie koolaid juice packs,sugar free gum,cahsews,Ok you get the picture WE ARE SET plus we were out of everything like mustard,ketchup FF mayo,bread,milk cheese,yeah it was that bear!OK I am PHYCHED about the challange I refuse to get the dam boot I WILL WIN!!MY TEAM WILL WIN!!!!!:sifone:

Gotcha kimberly shouldn't too terrible as long as it doesn't get confusing??Like apples and peanutbutter 1 of my fave snack or special K products like cereals skim milk or the 90 cal special K granola type bars??O will figure it out,GL everyone even if we aren't on the same team we are still fighting the same battle together!!!!Lol Brandy I love those "voices":leaving:

Ok well I had a GR8 day and BOY was it hard to stay away from the 100 cal pks but DID...I may not have made my calories tho snackin on grapes and sugar free jello which is weird mine was 5 cals per serv and 4 sers so 20 for the whole box and my daughter picked sugar free lemon 10 cals per serv 40 for the whole box double in cals mine was lime by the way.

I am feeling good EXCEPT my ass muscles hurt along with the back top of my leggs and this is ALLLLLLLL THANKS TO THE GAZELLE working new mustcles haha.
