Good job on your 10 mile biking! I'd like to get a stationary bike so that I can alternate between the treadmill and that. Sometimes I just don't feel like going on that treadmill! I just don't think I have the room for a bike >< I also want a bowflex or something like it, but I definately have no room for that. BOO!

Anyways, you sound like you're doing excellent on your exercise. Keep up the great work :)

HOLY CRAP!!! 10 miles is awsome! Great job! You are doing well! Keep it up and stay strong:) I have to give myself the same pep talk so I will just spread the love:hug2: lol. Ok I kicked booty I hit a RECORD 10 MILES on my stationary bike and it took 48 minutes to do it,I also did squats and crunches and pushup's 1 hour of working it lol!:party:

Exersice total's so far 3 hours 20 minutes
Calories 1,310 for today

You go girl! 10 miles??? whoo hoo! You are getting so strong!! I'm so proud of you. Keep it up, it's motivating to see your progress.:party:
 
:grouphug: Well I went out to eat and didn't do BAD I had my order of fries w/ tarter sauce and 1/2 my sons grilled cheese.That was my lunch.LMAO breakfast I had 1 and 1/2 servings of CASHEWS.I am going to have a nice healthy dinner to make up for it,but this resteraunt doesn't have much healtnhy to choose from and I HATE SALads they have a grilled chicken breast for $9 HECK NO it isn't all that I get me a free water and a froe for $1.45 I am one CHEAP DATE haha.
Ok I am liking what I am seeing my legs are looking better the scale is moving in the right direction.YAYA:party:

48min on the bike is a looong time. My butt kills me when I get off after being on that long! hehe

Hello everyone!!!!Ok drumroll""179""Yay I bounced all week from 180-182 then bam I saw 179 yesterday and today.I have did good today to we went to FRISCHES again and I chose to get an icewater with a lemon wedge and eat my weight watchers for lunch when I got home.I am determined to hit 169 by x-mas eve!!OK I am planning for tomorrow because I know I am going to hit the BREAKFAST BAR with the famiy tomorrow after our visit with santa so that will probally be my main meal for the day cuz I eat about 1,200 in breakfoods just 2 of there cinnamon donust are like 200 cals a piece and I eat 2 then theres eggs,bacon,ham,biscut,fired potatoes w/ cheese so you see what thats my main meal lol.I am buying grapes to snack on all day tomorrow!I refuse to jepordise my hard work this time!
Well also I love a good challange and I plan to do good in the CHRISTMAS CHALLANGE that kinbery is running!Have a gr8 weekend Tammy

CONGRATULATIONS. I knew that you would be. We seem to be trecking right alongside each other weight wise.

You really deserve it. You are always on that exercise bike and you manage to keep your calories much lower than mine. Plus you get all that exercise running around after your kids. You can and should feel really proud of your achievements.

We should hit some more milestones before we get to the 160s - but we will hit them together and be the size that we want to be very soon.

I WILL POST A COUPLE PICS OF THAT LATER,my mother N law took a pic of me and my 4 kids they have red eye but oh well.
I did the breakfast bar and ancked on grapes all day so I am keeping my WORD!
