:hug2: Haha you all are too much TY for stopping by you's really brightend my day even more :) Ok drumroo pleas I broke those darn "180's by 1 &1/2 lbs so I lost 2.5 this week,wow it pays to exersice your azz off litterally!!
I checked my weightloss table here and I haven't been 170's since JUNE and it only lasted like 2 weeks grrrr I am not going to let that happen agai.
YES YES YES I am totally phyched about joining the CHRISTMAS CHALLANGE as well as the NOV 2lb one it really helps push yourself even more.
OK TOTDAY IS REST DAY for exersices because I have doing alot for 3 weeks and I have only taken 1 day off since BUT I am not going to blow it with bad choices,I had an extra healthy made chicken soft taco for my lunch and I may have some FAT FREE bannah pudding with cut up bannahs in a pita pocket with cinn and spleda the thing is my SKIM MILK has spoiled and I have to use 2% so I am hoping that doesn't make the cals go up too high.

Ty girly BUT if it wouldn't have took me 4 weeks to finally get on track I should have been able to meet the HCG of 160's but we live and learn.I am shooting for 168 by THANKSGIVING :)

I see them in your diary a few times. Are they real good? I haven't
tried them yet. I assume they taste good, but what is the portion like?
Many of the WW dessert items I have tried are really skimpy in portion,
but I am a huge fan of their entree with Broccoli cheese potatoes (I have
that for lunch like 3 times a week! lol). As far as frozen desserts go,
I ahve been pretty pleased with the varieties of "Skinny Cow" products.

Oh, and btw . . thanx to a previous post of yours, I bought a
NO PUDGE brownie mix when at the grocery store today that I will
make over the weekend. You can be sure I'll be thinking of you when
I eat em'. :)
