:angelsad2: I am not happy at all with that I was 178.5 last Friday but thanls to eating out and haveing something BAD before bed well then TOM it went up a lil but it will go down Tammy
 
You will be under 180 in no time I am sure.
I find myself binging or craving "bad food" and over-eating when I don't do much variety with my menu. My body just start protesting for missing all the different flavors and textures.
There was a time when I ate closer to 1200 calories and I found myself constantly hungry and falling off the wagon almost every weekend.. Have you considered upping your calories a bit? The good calories... not the one from snacks..;)
I almost had a second day of over-snacking today but I nipped in the butt with exercising instead!!

:waving: hello tammy, hope your day went well. Today was an ok day for me.. woohoo its day 1 of the christmas challenge. I woke up feeling sick to my stomach and alex i think is getting sick again but other then that i still pushed myself to exercise. I did 6 miles on the elliptical and did 2 sets of 20 bicep curls with my resistance bands and a few other arm exercises and plan to do some lower body and crunches tonight. I had a gain this week in the stupid scale :rant: so i am hoping that it will be back down by next weigh in. I was hoping to be down to 233 by the today but nope.. lol so that means i got 10.6 lbs to get down to my b-day goal.

here's to a great challenge this time around with both of us being super focused and lose tons of weight. :cheers2: water in these glasses of course. lol

Great job on getting that exercise in today- weekends are so hard for me to get my "formal" exercise in. I really need to start workin in some more floor work, like your crunches.

What is a cherry cola freezy squeezy? its sounds good!

They are these triangle shaped popsicle that are in paper you tear off the top and eat O think I saw frozen lemon flavored ones before to but you get 3 blue rasberrys and 3 cherry colas and it is .5 fat and 60 cals 11 carbs and YUMMY!
 
:ack2: Ok I had a baked potatoe after hours I used 2% cheese,reduced sours cream bacon bits and butter spray so 185 calories added. so around 1,350 calories not bad but I hate eating late grrrr.Darn daylight savings time,LMAO gotta blame it on something,Tammy:chillpill::willy_nilly:

Yeah I need to get my ass to bed I keep saying it is 1 AM but was 2AM now it is 2:53 AM really 3:53 AM and thats why I am tired lol I am taking advantage of not having to get up early until a CHILD wakes me up and the baby is still up now so he will be sleeping in with mommy but my other 3 I am sure will be up no later than 9AM but they usually hit WEBKINZ WORLD and NITENDO WII hahaha.Ok NIGHTERS AND YEAH IT'S ON TOMRROW READY FOR 160'S:cheers2:

Hi Tammy,

I thought that I would visit your diary to say hello - after you visited me on the other forum.

I had to set up a new tracker there for a Christmas challenge - and I realise that it looks just like yours here...

You are running a bit ahead of me - having broken into the 170s. I can understand why you want to get back and hold that ground. We all have lapse days and I am sure that you will be back in the 170s any day now.

Well tonight we have our son and daughters banquet
tonight of course food and wards ect so I am not sure what kinds of food that are going to be there BUT my motto is eat a SMAL size(1 tbsp)of everything and put 1/2 my plate full of veggies and fruit that away I get what I paid for lol and eating healthy no freaking desert tho I refuse to go there lol.Howdy OMEGA good to c-ya I will check out your diary here to gl with the challnage!OK everyone I will check back later after all the events are done,Tammy:willy_nilly:

Well I survuved the banquet it wasn't bad at all
and they didn't have any deserts there anyway so 1 less thing
to pass up lol I had 1/2 plate green beans 1 piece chicken breast
it looked like grilled seasoned breast I had 1 serv mash taters 1 serv
of rigationi pasta w/ no cheese.So not to bad,I am getting ready to
do my stationary bike so I will be back with totals.
Good to see ya back CERELLA,and TY Bikini and Stacy I have that strong
will power most of the time but sometimes I let my gaurd down and it's hard
to get back up I dod have 2 peices of lindor white chochlate truffles wow
those are evil lil boogers lol.
