I thought I was niapage there I don't remeber lol I am either niapage or niannah(which is savannah+nia my 2 girls :))If you have a spark page I would like to add ya??THAT GOES FOR ANYONE!!!!!I love the support and looking at pics ect there to.:) Your also doing good Heather!

I think to be able to do regular push ups you need to push yourself a lil and you'll build it up (that's how I did it in cardio kickboxing). I would do as many full push ups as I could (and at first it was only a couple) and then I went to doing as many girl push ups as I could. I would do that everytime I went to CK and the regular push ups kept increasing along with the girly ones! So give that a try if it doesn't hurt you and you'll do a bunch of full push ups in no time, it's really surprising!

Yeah the girly ones kill me I figure when I weigh less it would be able to lift the regular way pushups!:)

Ok not much going on today I am going to exersice in my room tonight and have my daughter take my son up to play so I can do to hubby working late.
I am going to have a rest day tomorrow on exersicing I am still going to eat right!Our trick or treating is this SUNDAY 1pm-3pm then the park at the river has halloween costume contest,clowns doing magic shows hotdogs and drinks for kids it's neat the only thing I HATE is our city and 1 other has daytime trick or treat and not on actually halloween,so we wind up going to my aunts area to so twice I love it cuz thats 2 days of 2+ hours of walking kids do walk for CANDY :rotflmao: it's amazing.:rotflmao:

BREAKFAST
eggbeaters w/ fat free cheese and 1 lite wheat mcmuffin(190 cals)
LUNCH
3 chicken soft tacos(the shells are small and only 50 cals)all fat free toppings and lots of lettuce(320 cals)

Push ups are just hard--I swear it is a core exercise almost as much as an arm one. I sure do hate em, but I do em anyway. And yes, I have to drop to my knees after like, 10, most times, they are just HARD!!! Keep on it though! I will too! Have a great workout in your room tonight :)
 
:pumpkin: Trick or Treating this weekend AND on Halloween night?!? :pumpkin: Awesome lady. I say celebrate as much as you can... especially when it involves walking right? I know not exactly at the typical speed to get cardio benefits but I'm sure it will be great seeing all the kids dressed up.

You deserve it for all the hard work with this Halloween Challenge. Good luck getting all the points figured up. I don't envy you on that one!

Howdy everyone OMG my house was sort of peiceful after I sent the kids to bed then hubby comes home wanna rent HOSTLE 2?I am like can we wait until Friday so I don';t have to get up early the next day he says cmon cmon cmon once again baby mode then he says ok I'll be back I am going to get it

Anyway I asked hime to rent me pirates of the caribean the 1st one because I stumbled across 2 today on my cavle channle and totally LOVED it and my sis said to go back and watch 1 it will make more since!

Exersices - 27 minutes on stationary bike = 6.2 miles 20 squats,100 crunches,danced for 15 minutes!!!Ok scale gods tomorrow is official weigh in day be a good 1!:)

:rotflmao: you don't wanna know I do alot of shakira type dancing to my music that has beats to it like nine inch nails,the new rob zombie,he has a song called FOXY boy do I do a good belly booty shaking dance :rotflmao: if I wasn't so BIG I would look pretty good dancing maybe even STRIPPING MATERIAL :rotflmao:and I am being serious.My tummy and hips are actually sore when I am done.

Good job on the exercising and the food! You stuck to your cals better than me! At least mine was still 1500... my bad days would be minimum 1700-1800.

Hehe, dancing is fun. I should dance around at home by myself like you do! I mean when there's a good song on I'll dance to it, but not like actually put music on for the purpose of dancing. The closest I get is DDR but that's much harder that normal dancing and yet still fun! LOL

I just wanna say good luck to us on our official weigh ins tom! I'm hoping the best for us! lol
