"Niapage's"Out with the old In with the New"

Howdy everyone I said I was going to "START OVER" and I feel I am at the point where I need to let go of the past and start with the present.
I can't believe how easy it is to fall back into OLD eating habbit's it get's
old! So as of Sunday OCT 7th is going to be me focusing and taking care of ME! I am going to let the kids gobble up the bad stuffed I baked Friday when I was pigging out and I am hitting the grocery for fruits veggies low fat/cal foods.I will mix up my exersice routine to keep me from getting bored.So here is my plan as it will stand...
Calories 1,200-1,400
Exersice sationary bike-2 days eliptical 2-days walking 2 days+.I may walk my dog still on days that I bike or eliptical plus I will do 15 minutes 3 days a week ,weight's squats crunches,dancing!
Stay busy BUT make time for my meals and snacks no more eating LATE night dinner's which I have done a week str8.
I need to stay strong when other's offer example when HUBBY is off work he always wants to eat out order pizza ect grrr NO MORE for me!

Most important I need YOU all ,my friends to send support my way when your on here and I need to do the same,I have ALOT of diaries to read.
I noticed when I fail at eating right and exersicing I dread coming here because I feel so LOW and like a failure.Ok heres to NEW beginning's,TAMMY:hug2:

Hubby and sons junk foods are always calling my name..

I go brush my teeth or eat what is allowed for me -treat wise..

Let me tell ya, I have some purrdy/sparklin' teeth. :D
 
Thank you very much !!I have a ways to go and I know it can be
done jusy goota but of the anti junkfood/out to eat food sheild to fight
off the powers lol.
 
Yay! New diary! You can do it hon. When you focus you rock. There is so much going on now and you are so busy! I totally feel for you. We have been so busy remodeling and getting ready to move in that I just can't focus on much else. Sometimes you just have to let go a bit and regroup. Don't beat yourself up! You have done so well over all. It's just a process and a journey! We will take a deep breath, enjoy those fruits and veggies this week and keep on truckin'! Yay, fresh new start!! I found your new diary!!
I found in the past when I deny myself too many foods I like by keeping my calories super low I just fail after a while and have an eating frenzy. Also try to mix my foods so that I don't eat the same things all the time.
When I feel like eating something sweet that is just not in my food "allowance" for the day I make myself a hot cup of tea (something fruity, decaf nothing in it) and sip that. It feels me up like I ate a ton of food. By the time the tea is gone, my cravings are gone as well.

LOL I just posted in your "old" diary, not realizing you have a new one. :) Your plan seems sound to me, and you already know what works for you- you have come so far already! I only have 2 kids and I'm sure the more you have, the less time it seems you have for yourself. Make time for yourself because you are worth it, and will be a healthier happier mom for the kids because of it!

Yeah KORRIE,that would be great!I feel so great with a new beginning and ready today,we went to my hubby's company picnic and I had the plain grilled potkchop and a plain baked potatoe and they had these mini bags of white chedder popcorn I read the lable and YAYA 100 cals!I took a walk along the nature trail and played cornhole so I was active today and it was """93"" degrees out OMG it is OCT I love fall and fall like weather I am done with the 90's lol!
Well huggggs everyone who stopped by to wish me luck on my new diary and weightloss goal I am going to set my ticker I 169 as my 1st MINI goal since I have NEVER saw 160's since I have been dieteting I made it down to 175 then back up and I have been doing this for a year now!
C-ya's tomorrow with deatailed meal plans and exersces more of.
I slept through breakfast
I had a chicken club pinnini lean cuisine for lunch (320 cals)
Snack
2 bites of a b-day cake(100 cals)
Dinne 2 plain baked porkchops ( 400 cals)
plain bake potatoe(100 cals)
1 bag white chedder popcorn(100 cals)
ham and swiss (I know it waslate and I didn't feel up to grocery shopping)350 cals)FRied potatoes (250 cals)BAD ending to agr8 day grrr!

TOTAL CALORIES 1,620

Hey nice place you have here :) I've been using my user control panel to go straight to the diaries I'm subscribed to when I'm crunched for time. I'm sorry I missed your new one.

Ty you everyone,I am making up a grocery list up and going to put vegatable soup on the list for when I am in need of a snack that hot's I have been making horrible late night choices to snack on such as grilled ham and swiss ,fried potatoes,kfc a few times NO MORE,I will post menue later so far I had my lean pinini sandwhich w/mustard.
I need to get the exersice groove back I don't know if you's notice when you start eating bad you tend to get LAZY I need to pick up the pace yesterday was 1st real good wak I had in a while and it was a beautiful wal through the naturetrails.

For exercise I do:

I have a great pedometer- {sportline walking advantage - $19.99 at academy sports and outdoors}
It lists step count - dist/ml - cals burned - time - etc..

I do a lot of walking. {There is a Pedometers Buddies thread in Challenge section here.}

I also do cardio w/and w/o 3 lb. weights.. I mix it up.. Some cardio is done to upbeat music and I use moves I've learned from t.v. or via books..
I also LOVE my Denise Austin Dance-Mix DVD..{I'm a big fan of dancing w/the stars.}

I also do winsor pilates w/Mari..

I have to have a lot of options so I don't get bored! {which is easy to do}

You have a goal reachin' day ya hear?! ;)

Thank you2 very much! Wwll day 1 of strict buisnes has came and went and I did GREAT! I stationary biked for 7 miles my menue was as planned!

Breakfast -ran the kids to the docs then came home and we all passed out until lunch time lol
