last year this time of year november I was weighing it at 322 pounds my blood pressure was pushing 160 over 105 just all around unhealthy Im a active person, working hard labor job, just eat and drank a lot . i have 2 wonderfull little kids who are 2 and 3 Im in my late 30s and I was afraid I wasn't going to be around for them. so I go to try it get some term life insurance just in case something happened was denied by 40 different companies thats a bit of a wake up call. fiddle farted around with trying to lose weight until april 2017. then for some reason remembered that my dad and mom had lost a bunch of weight down to on the atkins plan decided to try that. that worked ,got down to 283 until about september when I smashed my thumbnail off and broke the end of my thumb no insurance doc couldn't do anything anyway. is this the kind of stuff this is for here? never been on this kind of forum before?

Some cheese sticks, and some home dried jerky, finnished off lunch. Dinner was a crockpot cooked pork roast and out of a couple of cans green beans and peas i don like the flavor of tinned can food but sometimes. . i did good tonight even sayed out of the kids mac and cheese while they cleaned out the roast and everyting else.
