Hello, I'm 32years old and just joined the gym last week. I started off fairly easy the first few days. The day after we did biceps my left elbow became very sore and stiff, almost to the point of not being able to straighten my arm out fully. Now the pain is almost gone, but its still swollen. Palms down, its swollen on the outside, in front of my elbow towards my hand. Its starting to go down some but what could be causing this and how long before I could possibly lift again, I dont want to make it worse. Thanks in advance.
