Newbie starting a diary for motivation

Hi all,

Just a newbie putting a diary online which will hopefully be motivational when i start finding it tough

Im male, 5ft 11-

Starting weight 14st 6lbs

Date i started trying to lose weight 17/7/17, and currently on 1700-1800 calories a day with 3 hours a week of heavy weight training,

Current weight 14st exactly, so 6lbs lost
