Newbie question, activities

So...

If i add in some extra exercise during one day, say a random 2 hours of basketball, should i eat proportionally more calories on that day? Or would it be better to eat what i had planned, and just ignore the burn from basketball?

Just asking to be sure that i'm not under-eating and losing LBM or over-eating and messing up my cutting too much ^^, Thanks!
 
if its only once in a while i dont think it matters all that much, though im no expert on this thing.
 
I would not worry about it unless you are a severe ectomorph and have a hell of a hard time gaining weight.

A day here and there won't hurt ya.
 
As long as you have your diet dialed in, you shouldn't have a problem with an extra activity. Just be sure to track your progress to see if it is stalling your gains.
