I joined this site awhile ago... telling myself I needed to loss some weight, didn't happen... I dont have support from friends or family.
Anyways, two weeks ago I got extremely sick with gallstones and ended up in the hospital... I'm currently on a fat free diet until I can get in for surgery.. wont be for another 6-12months.
I'm 22 yrs old... I started out at 285lbs... ughh... awful! Today I weighed myself, and I lost 10lbs... yay!
My diet consists of lots of water.. fruit and veggies.
Here's my usual daily meal plan:
Breakfast - Cereal, usually rice krispies and skim milk
Lunch - A sandwhich made of 100% whole wheat (1g fat per slice) bread, fat free ham/chicken/or turkey, lettuce, fat free cheese slice, and mustard. And some fat free yogurt.
Supper - Almost always consists of chicken... sometimes with salad, or potato, or rice.
Throughout the day I snack on fruit and veggies.
I guess everything happens for a reason... im so happy about the 10lb weight loss... plan to hold off from weighing myself for another 2weeks.
