Newbie Needing Help

I have started lifting weights and need some help. I am 16 years old, 6'1 and 140 pounds my bf% was around 12% in January but I am not sure what it is now I am really skinny and have always been like that for a long time I just have a little bit of fat on my stomach which is very small but also have some muscle on me as well. Basically what I am looking to do is get rid of the fat on my stomach and then start putting on some muscle so can anyone help me on what kind of workout I should do or give me one that I could do. Any help would be greatly appreciated
 
if i were an ectormorph i wouldn't worry about a little fat around the belly... i'd try to bulk up and lift and eat and lift and eat...

but i'm a phattie by birth and i'm trying to loose my fat :)
 
So where could I find some good full body workouts? Also for the fat on my belly its alot smaller than most people but i think there is still alot on there if I were to just put on more muscle would that help get rid of the fat away or would it be better to get rid of the fat first and then put on muscle?
