Newbie - Need Workout Plan and Other Advice

Hello Everyone,

I've been racking my brain a bit on all this stuff because I have plans of starting all this in November (only a few days away O_O). Anyways here I go!

P.S. I did some minor research, but don't hesitate to comment or any for more info, and my Nov. plan is quite tentative so don't worry.

Current Age: 19
Current Weight: 130-135 lbs
Current Height: 5'9

My Goals

Physical Goals:
-To weigh around 160-180
-To at least grow to 6'0ft
*Not sure if this is possible naturally due to age, but that's what I'm rooting for.
-In terms of my body, I would like to work out, I do NOT want to be big or too buff but would like to increase strength, speed and flexibility.
Focus? - Arms (triceps), Shoulders, Chest, Abs, Back (upper and lower parts), Legs (thighs, calves)
-To do this as a 3 times/week thing


(Ideal) Nutritional Goals:

-Roughly 4-6+ Meals a day
-Daily Protein intake: 150-200g
-Daily Carb intake: 350-500g
-Total Daily Calorie intake: 2500-3500
*I have a picture of what I would generally be eating (Attached below - My Food Plan)

Quick question about GABA supplement pills (Dymatize GABA Powder), would there be anything wrong with me taking them?

I am also wondering if I could just use the following for workout equipment, stationary bikes, chin-up bars (at school or at a nearby park in the morning), dumbells (5-50lbs), leg/wrist bands (5lbs each)?

Your honest comments and suggestions are much appreciated!
