yeah. i own a bench ,some weights and a strait bar . and two dumb bell 25lb.
plus i have a bucket filled with sand bags.
first i would like to know if you guys have any links to exercise diagrams of different types of exercises.
second: i need some advise on the types of exercises . i want to work my back, upper back,and shoulders.
third: what are some makeshift equipment for weightlifting or exercises .
exemple .i like the exercise where you put your ass on the floor your back against the side of the bench and with your hands you lift yourself leaving your feet draging. i don't know the names of exercise or names of muscles.
