Hi there.
I'm a 22 year old female at 5'3". when i first started my diet i was 20 at 220lbs
so depressing. all of my weight came from being pregnant. my son is almost 5 now. i couldn't even play with him for five min. without getting tired. what really did it for me was a picture that my mother-in-law took of our little family, my husband couldn't even get his arm around my shoulder + i had like three chins. yuck!! Anyway i made it down to 153 but i strayed for a while an gained some back. i just started back on it on the 31 of January an have lost 4lbs so far. i have also added exercise 30 min at 3.5mph walking every other day. i am hope that i can get to my goal of 125lbs by summer.
