I wouldn't say I tried the elliptical, more like it tried me!! I can only do it for five minutes at a time, its either really intense, I'm really out of shape or both 
U tube doesnt come in for me, because I have a modem ..sucks ..
but true ... but thats ok ... I dance sometimes, but I mainly only can walk ..my dancing sucks lol

But everything is not for everyone, I have always loved to dance and it is the only type of exercise that I will stick with for some time. Machines are alright too, especially the treadmill, I love the way it makes me feel when i come off of it...its like walking on the moon or something

Pink: Well I dont really like boiled or cooked veggies, I eat em raw, since they dont really have anything bad in them I tend to eat them more than usual
And theyre healthy!
Ive got a plan for myself.. I have alist of foods that I will eat each week. First week ill eat 2-3 bread slices in the morning, with coffee, no sugar, no cream, no milk. I like black coffee... mmm coffee
Then as a lunch I'll eat an bread, and fish soup ! I love fish !and some juice or milk. Then "snack" thing is raw veggies <3
and as for the dinner.. well the last food i'll eat a day, is... dum dum dum! PORRIDGE! or tomatoe salad( green salad, and tomatoe! love it!)!
I dont think thats a bad idea myself... so.. what do you guys and gals think?![]()

I hate those hands on the floor jump out jump in things, though. Sheemoney! What am I? A Monkey?
Now, if I can only work out and diet at the same time, I'll be ready to roll!
. I believe that's the only part in the DvD's that I skip. LOL. Maybe one of these days I will be able to do them. Well, it's not that I can't do them, I just hate doing them. Gah, you guys all have this food plan for the week haha. Anyone here besides me that doesnt have any eating plans each week and still lose weight? I feel like im left out haha just kidding guys.

Hey Nataliejo...I think in the privacy of your home your free to be as free/silly as you want to be...hence my house is my dance studioBut everything is not for everyone, I have always loved to dance and it is the only type of exercise that I will stick with for some time. I play/workout my butt off after school without lunch or without breakfast or lunch sometimes for 2-4 hrs!!!!

I eat 2-3 slices rye bread.. I think thats what its called in english.. ( Picture of the bread!!)
Usually the bread amount ends up in 1-2 though... I just cant fit it all
The porridge, well thats only a tiny bit, and no sugar or butter or other nonsense in it![]()
Everyday I do morning excercises, then at day time I dance around.. If you can call it dancing... and I walk, and in the evening after food I do excercises, before bed
Sometimes I change the foods around, like yesterday, instead of porridge I ate salad.. tomatoes and green salad <3 I counted yesterdays calories, and it added up 1190 cals
Is that belly dancing effective? I could try it ...
Also, sorry for my stupidness but what is eliptical?

not sure how ill do, but its worth a try. I had a difficult day yesterday (why are females "blessed" with such emotion?)
anyways... i feel im on the right track and something is better than nothing.
I just got my 'Just My Size' Yoga dvd today and hopefully I can implement that into some sort of routine here. im giving it my first watch thru right now. I need to do some serious cleaning in my room before i have room to yoga around there tho...

I'll be here supporting everyone in the April challenge!!! I am really tempted to get on that scale!! Grrrr...
I decided i'm taking today off from my 45 minute walk.. Tomorrow i start on one hour a day/six times a week... so today is my day off from the last week, i honestly thought i wouldn't take one off, but i wouldn't have any time to get online LOL
Other than that everything has been great! I just wish my hubby would eat that candy faster so it wasn't laying around all the time lol I covered the bowl with a paper towel... yea now i umm dont know it's there hehe!! April 14th is weigh in day,..... i can't wait!!
