21. Do you focus more on getting lean and mean or tiny and fragile?
I guess right now tiny and fragile, not on purpose but I haven't been doing any real exercise or strength training. Well except for the lifting at my PT job. But I'll get to more of that eventually.

127 today, NEW LOW! :party::hurray:
Need to lose 2 lbs in a day to hit my 125 goal for tomorrow, but that's OK. And so far only 0.5 lb last since last week, but better than nothing.

Job interview went well, but don't think I want the job...essentially going to stores and marketing and promoting products and trying to make sales. Not my thing...

Oh well, hopefully the Exec Assistant interview on Monday goes well!

128. Last week was 127.5 so gained 0.5, not so good. Must try to exercise this week and drink lots more water.
23. How much water do you usually drink in a day?
I try to drink more but I usually get about 4-6 or so.

Thankfully can't say that I have.

129 this morning *sigh* determined to eat well this week. I bought chips yesterday at the grocery store - complete emotional buy. BUT I left them at home, so I will NOT be eating them at work. I want to try hitting 125 this week if I can, not sure I can but I gotta try. Must eat as healthy as I can and not overeat. Sadly since I have no time to cook, meals consist of toast with butter, peanut butter sandwiches, chicken sandwiches (bought cajun chicken deli meat), and fruits/veggies like carrots and apples and oranges. I do still have easter chocolates but I'm gonna try really really hard not to eat it. Made air popped popcorn yesterday evening, thinking of bringing that this week for something to snack on. It's healthier than chocolate! Oh and I may switch from peanut butter to cucumber sandwiches as of tomorrow, even though I just bought a new tub of peanut butter cuz the one I have is running low.
 
Getting caught up on lost time. Glad to see you're still here. It sounds like you're still dealing with a lot of stress. Sorry about that. I hope you can get your job situation squared away soon. I'm also in a rut with my job. I have some good days where time flies and I'm productive, but most days I just go with the flow and do a lot of day dreaming. It helps pass time, but I know that there has to be something better out there for me. I've been where I'm at for 13 years now and I'm as high up in the company as I'll ever get and that's not saying much as I'm still at the bottom of my department. It's easy work, but also repetitive. I've been contemplating going back to school to better my life so we'll see.

Anyway, I'm glad to see you've broken the barrier and are now in the 120s. Great job! :)
 
25. Today you will try a new smoothie. Find a new healthy recipe online and mix & match fruits and veggies and enjoy! But it must be totally new and adventurous!
Well this could be interesting...except that I'm already at work and likely won't be home not until 11pm so that won't happen. Plus not sure what fruits/veggies I would even have to make a smoothie.

Mandy: Thanks :) I'm hoping I get called back for the interview I had yesterday. Job sounds super super super busy and I will need to be very organized and on top of things, but I think it could be really good! Should hear back next week, figure on Monday afternoon or Tuesday I will try to call them back and follow up.
Sucks that you've been at your job so long and aren't happy anymore. There aren't more responsibilities you could take on to fill your day? Hope something works out for you soon.

I'm making progress but much MUCH slowly than I thought I would. You'd think from being a total couch potato, over eating, and eating bad food like fast food and junk food and pop; and going to eating better, less sugar, less junk/fast food, and working physical labor 5hrs a night 3-5 nights a week would help... Sadly not doing enough, and I don't have the time or energy to put more effort into things.

BUT...126.5 this morning! NEW LOW!!

Yes, some of them do. They are supportive for sure.

Yes they are.

Yesterday I was 127.5 I think, and I believe the same this morning. Not cool man! Thought the chocolates and now lemon meringue pie are NOT helping me. Grr. Can't wait until the chocolate is gone. Except I know remember the chips in my cupboard...will save them for Saturday/Sunday since we are having a few people over at least one of those nights.

I have been asked to come in tomorrow which means 5 nights this week I will work and I miss out on my trip to BPs with A and his work buds for a drink and to wind down from the week. Oh well, a bit of extra money which is always good right?
 
I can't believe I forgot to weigh myself this morning. WTF? Oh well, guess I just gotta hope it's lower tomorrow than last week!

Chips and popcorn I guess. Not healthy :(

Starting to care less about finding a job. Figure I'll only apply for the jobs I really really want for about a month or so. I'll work FT at my PT job if I can and if no luck then after about a month I'll broaden my search. I know we have a few months before we would dip into savings so that is slowly starting to help. And I think being able to do morning housework and wedding stuff will be good for me, and being able to sleep in after A goes to work :) Might even try to get Friday's off so I just work 4 days a week. Should still make enough for it to work.

126.5 today, back to my lowest low. Last week was 128 so lost 1.5 which is good.
Need to keep eating proper and try getting some exercise in.

Not doing too bad still, still losing inches for the most part which is great. Still progress to be made, but at least I'm going in the right direction. Will have to measure again in another month or so and see how I'm doing then. I am noticing a difference in my body. I still think I haven't lost much in my tummy when I look in the mirror but the #'s say I have which is good. My belt is now 4 notches, rather than 2 which I initially started with. And I feel like I have too much room in the butt area of my jeans...can't be flattering and think I will need to find some money when I get a new job and buy a few new work pants and 1-2 pairs of new jeans.

Umm...no...I'm not very adventurous with food and not sure I want to try a new fruit today.

So bad to my lowest low again today. Didn't eat properly yesterday I don't think. Hoping to eat better today. But I REALLY want to hit 125 this week, like REALLY bad!!! That would get me to my last 10 lbs... I can see my tummy is generally smaller, and I need to get someone to come shopping with me for 1-2 new pairs of jeans and a couple new bras. The ones that used to fit well aren't so comfy now, and my jeans while they sorta work still, they don't look as good on me. Going to stick with skirts or perhaps a dress for interviews and I'll buy new dress pants after I find a new job or lose all my weight.

If I can hit 120 by next Saturday, or even lets say April 13th (my bro's engagement) I will call that success. Regardless, that is the latest I can wait to finally take my wedding outfit in to be stitched.

No diet - trying to eat healthier and make it my new way of life. Diets I don't think work because the word itself to me means a temporary change.

125.5 today, NEW LOW! Seems when I don't eat much for a day or 2 I lose weight...not the best way to do it, but 0.5 lbs and I will have 10 lbs to go!!! YAY!!!
 
34. Do you take your meals from home to work? If so, what do you usually prepare?
I have been trying not to buy food from outside, when I do I try for Subway. Lately I've made toast with butter for breakfast, either peanut butter sandwich or a chicken/turkey sandwich using deli meat and lettuce and butter. Not the best, but decent. As of Wednesday and until I find a new job I will be trying to use the crockpot more. Can set it when I leave or before that, A can eat when he gets home and put it in the fridge, and it's ready for me to take for the next day. Hopefully this ends up with healthier foods and more home cooked meals for both of us, and less of him eating out.

126 this morning. Not bad since I ate a bunch of salt n vinegar chips and didn't drink enough water.

Yes, for religious reasons. Other than that, not on purpose I haven't, but not on purpose I have. Just lost track of time and wasn't hungry so didn't eat or think about it.

125.5 again today.

I am not in a working mood, but need to clean out the office in the sense of going through everything and taking all my personal stuff out. I know this should have been done weeks ago but blah I procrastinated. Also have a couple other actual work things to do but I'll get to them.

Also computer/internet are being stupid and slow and it's pissing me off. Maybe I'll do my work stuff first and then go to the eye doctor (they need to check if they can change the lenses on my sunglasses - they are wrapped and really curved and they don't know if they can). And then I'll come back and sort more stuff.

But...IT'S FRIDAY!!! HURRAY!!!

127 this morning, and TOM since last night. Blah. 126.5 last week so not terrible. Since Tuesday is my last day at my FT job I will be trying to take Winter for walks in the mornings. Will see if the weather stays decent.

Found a great place 10mins from the hotel for wedding pics. YAY! And going to see Captain America tonight :)

Not really. I mean I've had times where I've eaten a lot, but not in the sense of binge eating.

Not weighing again officially until after TOM. Don't like the #'s and know they aren't accurate.

Super tired today but don't work tonight. However I want to be sure everything needing shipping is gone today, and everything I need to take home is removed today. Tomorrow is my last day and I'm supposed to get my last pay. Once I get that I will be giving keys to the landlord and calling it a day.

So yesterday was my last day at the FT job. Definitely bitter sweet, and weird being home still at almost 11 AM. Going to put some laundry on and possibly load the dish washer, then have some errands to run. When I get back I will apply for more jobs and then relax until I leave for work tonight. Thinking I should have taken this and next week off from my other job, but maybe I'll do that in a few weeks if/when EI kicks in.

Wedding invites are ordered, should be here on Monday (hopefully before noon since I start work at 1pm that day).
