new year new routine new goals

well guys its been a new year lol and im going to start a new routine and new goals so i want ur opinions :cool:


New goals: gain 30 more lbs. around 135 lbs., get more cut like bruce lee about 3-6 months

New routine:

Monday:chest, triceps, abs 3 sets x 8 reps each exercise (max reps:200-300)
Tuesday: legs; running 30 mins
wednesday:biceps, forearms,abs 3 sets x 8 reps each exercise (max reps:250)
Thursday:legs once again; 30 mins.
Friday:shoulders, back, abs 3x8 each exercise (max reps:300)
Saturday:legs,abs,andmaybe cardio 30 min.
Sunday: rest

and o yea and if u guys have ne exercise info. for shoulders plz tell me lol ty guys

and o yea and i need new exercises for shoulders if u know ne lol ty guys
 
If weight gain is your goal, I would recommend taking the running away from your workout. For legs, do squats, calf raises, and lunges.

For shoulders, try military press or use dumbbells to do a standing shoulder press, 8-12 reps. Work on chin up for a compound exercise (works shoulders) and standing rows (light dumbells, start with them in front of you, then pull them up to the top of your chest).
 
If your doing a half good leg work out, you shouldnt be able to run after.

You should work your legs every 5, or 7days depending on how hard you work them, but not 3 times a week thats crazy, you must not be pushing your self.
Remember that your also working your lower back if your doing squats.

your abs are the same as any other muscle, work them 1 or 2 times a week.

because you use your shoulders when your working your chest and upper back, you should change when you work them every week and some weeks spend a whole day on them.

Good shoulder exercises...
dumbell presses,
barbell presses,
dumbell shrugs (by your side),
barbell shrugs (both in front and behind)
front, side and rear raises (cable and dumbell)
