Hey guys. I had another account on here, but I got locked out so I've made this new one. I'm hoping that this year will be a great one where I can work towards transforming into the best version of myself. I want to lose about 10 lbs, but I also want to improve my physical fitness and become stronger (both mentally and physically).

Height: 5'3
Starting weight: 130 lbs
Goal weight 115 - 120 lbs (will decide the exact number once I get there and see how I look/feel, but somewhere in that range).

I plan to:
- Consume 1400 or less calories daily until I reach my goal
-Log my food every day to keep track
- Exercise for at least 45 minutes 6 x per week
-Abstain from drinking alcohol Mon-Thursday
-Drink at least 60 oz of water per day

So yeah, that is all for now. Looking forward to working hard and making some progress on getting back to a more comfortable weight.
 
Welcome back. You could contact the forum & get re-instated if you wanted to. I assume you forgot your password. What was your username?
Your plan looks excellent. I hope it works as it's almost identical to mine :)
