I hit another small roadblock. My doc doesn't want me exercising yet. He feels that it would be impactful on my joints at my current weight. He said do the calorie reduction so that's all I got for mine.
Too much water.
Can't meet the 2 hour min...
Am I doing great or what? lol
Is there anything low-impact that you could ask your doctor about? Maybe even arm-chair aerobics?
I do understand the worry about joint-impact though, for sure!
On a side note, I got 150oz of water yesterday, which is just below my recommended amount. I'm at 75oz so far today ... on the right track
						
		
 with Omega!!  Look at the biggest losers this year in the USA a couple of them could do NOTHING but walk and swim for like 3 weeks and still lost weight!!!  You can do it!!!
. Went back to work today and have only gotten 80oz in today so far. I will finish the bottle I am on working on now to make it 100oz for the day but will far short of my daily goal.
