New Workouts

heyy does anyone have any unique exercises they found out about that preferably works the arms or chest...it can be anything...alright thank you :)

Bar Bell Bench
Flys
Bumbell Bench
Skull Crusher
Overhead Tricep Extension

You should also of course be working out your whole body :cool:

Plenty of threads on here, particularly regarding chest and arms.

EDIT: Unless you're going to post a picture, probably best to have posted this in the weight training or body building forum.
