New workout,any help welcome.

Look around your basement and see if theres any way you can make a chinup bar out of wood some screws a drill with a large drillbit and a pipe. Take a trip to any store like Lowes or Home Depot it's cheap and low quality but works. See if you can screw it to any wood down there.
 
There's a bar in school over a kind of arch thing so was working out on that, I love pullups! I'm very light so was doing grand until a group of little girls were staring,very embarassing.I think I can get a chinup bar in a few weeks. Though there is still the problem I've no squat rack.
My class had to do some yoga the other day and the guys were encouraged to take off their shirts. It was there I really got a sense of how good the past few months have been for me and got a lot of stares from the girls and later heard one saying "Omg! you should see CIan's abs!" which did wonders for my self esteem. Still I'm not happy wiht my arms as they still seem too skinny. All weightlifting seems to have done is gotten rid of any remaining fat on my stomach and some small increases in my chest.
