New To This, need help!

Hi All

New here and new to working out apart for running which i love,

I need help toneing up my whole upper body,

ive come from 240lbs done to 170lbs and am 6ft
but still have a bit of a stomach and just want and the rest looking
good enough to take my top of without worrying,

also not brave enough to show a pic of my current body :)
