I am 5' 2 and currently 207 pounds. I went through a really bad breakup two months ago that has motivated me to get myself moving in a positive direction. I have been able to lose 10 pounds in these past three weeks and am thrilled about continuing this. My true problem is food; I keep convincing myself that I can cheat a little and I will burn it off at the gym, so thats something I need to work on. I have recently discovered Zumba and have fallen completely in love with it!! Hopefully I can get feedback from you guys as to what to do to get myself on track with the food aspect of my journey!
