This is my first time visiting this forum, but it seems like quite the nice community you have here.
I've been pretty fit conscious the last 6 months or so, I'm 20 years old, 5'10, 220lbs. I'm trying to lose weight while at the same time build some muscle mass. My main problem is that I have some upper and lower back problems as a result of being rear ended roughly 2 years ago, and I've been trying to figure out a weight training routine that I can perform where I can strengthen my back but also build muscle in the other areas (chest, bi, tri, legs), any help would be greatly appreciated, and I look forward to being an active member of the community.
