so basically Ive been looking around on these forums for the past day or so just looking around for articles and stuff to help me along. I'm 5ft8 and 140lbs at the moment but I really want to get fit. I started following the ws4sb for a couple days now but I think I should clear some things up before I do anything. anyways basically I need to know how many calories I should be taking in daily..or at least I think I do after reading the sticky on Nutrition 101. After doing the calculations apparently I need 2195.44kcal/day to maintain my current level. My question is do I have to bulk and then cut? If not how many calories should I be aiming for a day? I by no means am "big" in terms of muscularity but I'm not a twig.
